    So…. Jang Geun Suk wanted to become friendly with other actors his age, so he sent a txt message to Minho. But Minho didn’t reply, so he sent another Txt message saying “I like girls.” and Minho replied, “You like girls? hahhaha”

    Sigh…. Is it just me? Or does there seem to be some sort of rivalry going on? Is Minho hating on Geun Suk? Theres gotta be some non-petty explanation for this right? He was busy? He felt weird because he and GS didn’t know each other? Something right? He’s not becoming one of those big headed celebs right?

        But thats just because those 2 knew each other and worked together before right? (Kim Soo Ro played the Teacher in Our School ET) and he and Geun Suk didn’t? Right?

          I was worried when I read JGS texted LMH so as to be close to LMH.JGS is very popular himself so why is he wanting to be in the news where LMH is concerned?

          I am not sure whyJGS feels the need to text later that he likes women. It sounds like he wanted to assure LMH of his natural tendency. It does come across like a case of “Methinks he protests too much”.

          Sorry but I am not sure what to make of it. But I sure like LMH’s response.Friendly and straight to the point.

        Yeah we know how you like it when your girl calls you Oppa. According to Boys Over Flowers, you were 20 in 2009 which means I am only 3 years younger. What is that Unni going to call you? Dongseng? Ew!!!

        Kristal Unni is ready to settle down, meaning she’ll need a husband to settle down with her, being close to home, raising kids, that kinda thing. You can’t be doing all that just yet, you have ShinHwa to think about. You don’t want another kid to grow up the way you did.

        You and I can travel the world, do anything you want to do, have the time of our lives while we’re still young. I can be by your side when ever you go out on business trips, and be your sanity when all duties of being President of Shinhwa is driving you insane.
        By the time you are ready to start a family, this’ll be your reaction to unni.

            And, there’s nothing wrong with older women, its just… You’ve always wanted Junpyo to grow up right? How can he do so with someone who is in such a different place in their lives than he is? Kristal unni is ready for kids and settling down, Junpyo is only now getting use to life as head of Shinhwa, he’s still a kid, just like me. He and I, can find our way, and grow up together.

            Besides, wasn’t it you only wanted him to be happy? He has to live out being young and wild.

    So I have this cousin who is in her late 30s and refuses to watch anything foreign, especially hates subtitles (we’re plain ole’ white people from the Southern part of the US so not much exposure to anything foreign let alone korean) and has also made fun of me for ages about the kdrama addiction and all the foreign stuff I’m into. Anyways, she just called me to let me know she is addicted to Boys Over Flowers after watching it online on netflix. We just had a like 30 minute conversation about Junpyo’s curly hair (she particularly liked his hotness in the scene where he straightened his hair, go figure!) how annoying Jandi is, and Jihoo’s robotic tendencies. She even cried when Junpyo called Jandi a stain in Macau (but don’t tell her I told you, it’s a secret! shhh) ‘Isn’t there like a BoF part 2 or something? I don ‘t want it to end. It’s so cheesy but I can’t stop watching’ was her main reaction. Oh the power of Minho and the kdrama strikes again!

    Oh and you’ll be happy to know Thundie and other Kim Bum fans who read the contention thread that my cousin who has never seen him before pointed Kim Bum out as the guy with the beautiful smile. As if! We all know it is a smirk not a smile. ;)

    I of course after this conversation took place told her to watch City Hunter too so we’ll see is she listens. A new fan may have just been born! Muahahaha. I am such an enabler.

      Lol! That is sooo Awesome!!!! I too made fun of Kdramas and Kpop before I got hooked on BOF too. I was into Kpop and Kdramas in the early millennium, but after the 1st generation of Kpop died down, (HOT, ShinHwa, SES, FinKL etc) I stopped; plus everyone else started getting into Kpop so my sisters and I were like… uh… no…. But then last year I watched BOF and so freaken in love it with, that… well… here I am.
      Though, I hated Junpyo in the beginning of BOF, that man freaken grew on me!!! What with his childish ways, his fears and triumphs. Now he and his curl hair is my main man, not Lee Minho, but Gu Junpyo. Lol.
      The thing about me and Lee Minho, is that I watched BOF in the summer before my 1st year of college, after highschool, then during the school year I watched Personal Taste, and this summer then City Hunter. Though, I know Lee Minho is a grown Man, because of those characters he played, Childish-Bratty Gu Junpyo, Struggling-Underdog Jeon Jinho, and the Heroic Lee Yoon Sung, I felt like in a way, Lee Minho was growing up with me, is very heart warming. :D

      You should invite your cousin to join us, I am just dying for someone I can gush over BOF about. Lol.

        Oh no, my cousin will have my head if she knows I spilled her big secret! She wouldn’t want the world to know she secretly loves the kdrama. In fact, she probably doesn’t want me to tell the family but I’m totally spilling the beans. I mean, why do I have to be the only weirdo in the family??

        I don’t have an interesting story: read thundie’s blog post on City Hunter, watched and was hooked. The rest is history!

          Its a very diverst here in the Midwest, so its not unusual to hear of people watching Asian dramas and movies, especially Kdramas and listening to Kpop, and especially in the Asian community, but I am happy that in other parts of the US people are watching Kdramas and becoming more exposed to…. anything Asian, Lol. xD The word should be passed around more, maybe we could even get Lee Minho to notice the Minoz in the US, and get him to host a Fan meeting here!!! xDDDDDDD

            People in the South are a bit more close minded than other sometimes. I really want to move but don’t have the money. Still living with the parents actually at this age but see if this was a kdrama that would be totally acceptable! Heh

            But if he did a fanmeeting it would probably in LA and that would be expensive. But we could go together though and split the hotel costs!

              Living with your parents until you marry is not just a Korean thing, its an Asian thing, my house is still packed even though my little sister and I are the 2 youngest.

              Yeah, if he had a fan meeting it would most likely be in LA, thats where ALL Kpop concerts are held, and some occasional NYC concerts, like the SM entertainment concert coming up, or did that already past…? Lol Idk, I don’t listen to much Kpop. Anyways, I WOULD SOOO GO!!!! I don’t care if I’m broke! If he hold a fan meeting in the US, I would go even if that means I have to use tuition money!!!! Lol xD Seriously, when he was in LA last month, I seriously thought about blowing this semester’s tuition just to go to LA, to see him.
